This electric Halo Heat Hot Food Well Drop-In Unit contains enough space for two 12 inch x 20 inch full size pans. The pans aren’t included. You can drop this stainless steel well into any existing prep table or counter with a sneeze guard and overhead lighting. It’s 6-3/8 inch deep, and versions are available to accommodate 4 inch or 6 inch deep pans. Thermostatically controlled with a setting range of 1 to 10 and a heat indicator light, it’s just a smaller version of the cases in their larger heated displays. The thermostat can be flush-mounted to a counter-top. It’s the same high quality for which Alto-Shaam is so well-known, and also built on the precepts of EcoSmart technology, so it’s going to be a careful consumer of energy and natural resources.
