This helps to retain the heat and temperature inside the oven while ensuring that it is easy to clean and maintain.
The stainless steel construction also enhances the durability and performance of the convection oven. The convection oven works by continuously circulating air to eliminate hot spots, thus helping to achieve that crispiness on poultry skin and the golden-brown color when roasting.
