Vollrath Z4010 Wear-Ever CeramiGuard II Nonstick Coating Aluminum Fry Pan is ideal heavy-duty frying in high-volume commercial kitchens. The CeramiGuard II nonstick coating is known for smooth cooking and release. The heavy-duty, impact-resistant aluminum construction is durable and long lasting. The pan comes with a Cool Handle silicone sleeve handle which is best suited for temperatures up to 450°F but can withstand temperatures up to 600°F with intermittent use.
