The True TSSU-72-15M-B-HC~SPEC3 prep table is designed to maintain optimal freshness for ingredients awaiting assembly into sandwiches and salads. Its guided airflow system and layer of polyurethane insulation ensure even distribution of cold air throughout the body. Powered by the eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the capillary tube system efficiently draws out hot air and expels it through the evaporator, equipped with large fan blades for enhanced performance. The evaporator, housed in a sealed, self-lubricating chamber and wrapped in epoxy, provides resistance to dust and corrosion. The rear-located condenser is easily accessible for dust removal, contributing to the unit’s longevity. To maintain the desired temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, a front-facing control panel allows easy adjustment.
Constructed with durability in mind, the prep station features stainless steel components on the front, sides, back, insulated cover, interior liner, and flooring, providing protection against damage and abrasions. The top accommodates 15 exposed sixth-sized pans for sandwich ingredients, and for meal prep convenience, it includes a front-facing 8 7/8-inch deep cutting board that can be removed as needed. The interior cabinet, sealed with three heavy-duty 20-gauge doors, ensures secure transport with heavy-metal handles and a locking mechanism. The doors also feature a holding mechanism to stay open at 90 degrees when necessary.
