The factory-balanced refrigeration system keeps temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation preventing cold air loss. A reverse condensing fan motor operates for 20 seconds upon startup, clearing the condensing coil of dust and debris, ensuring consistent product temperatures and reducing energy use. Regular preventative maintenance is recommended for prolonged unit life. The condensing unit is easily accessible by sliding out from behind the front grille.
