Coldwall Drop-in Refrigerated Cold Display Units offer superior cold wells, built with stainless steel and insulated with CFC-free polyurethane foam. They use environmentally-responsible R-404A refrigerant. Perfectly spaced for three deep full size, pans, the well also holds a combination of standard size pans. A recessed ledge offers support tot eh ends of the pans, while 4 divider bars support the sides. A drain with a gate valve and coved corners are found in the interior of the unit. Staying below 41F, which is the safe and mandated temperature range, is ensured by the thermostatic control. The condenser can be mounted to any side of the well, because it’s cleverly placed on a swivel. The sliding shroud and dual air movement louver steer the direction of air flow.
