Description
The Bakers Pride® DP-2 HearthBake oven is a compact, countertop double-deck pizza oven designed for professional kitchens that demand consistent results and efficient performance. Each of the two independently controlled baking chambers features a 20.75″ x 20.75″ Cordierite hearth stone deck with a 5.5″ deck height, providing ample space for pizzas, flatbreads, and other baked goods.
With a wide temperature range of 284°F to 680°F (140°C to 360°C), this oven accommodates a variety of baking applications, from delicate flatbreads to crisp, high-temperature pizza baking. The unit is equipped with tubular heating elements on both top and bottom, enhanced by a brick-lined ceiling that increases top heat intensity and shortens recovery times.
Built with a durable type 430 stainless steel exterior and a welded aluminized steel interior, the DP-2 is fully insulated with 1.5″ industrial-grade insulation to retain heat and reduce energy consumption. User-friendly controls include a 15-minute mechanical timer for each section, manual shutoffs, and ready-on indicator lights, while stainless steel tubular door handles and 4″ adjustable legs ensure durability, comfort, and stability.
