Description
This Signature Server Classic Frost Top Station gives you a chilled stainless steel frost top surface measuring 20″ x 48″ for preparing your frozen dishes that’s surrounded by a 1″ drip trough with a drain. It’s entertaining for your customers and practical as well, because the coils attached to the underside of your work surface, which are covered with polyurethane foam insulation, help to keep the entire unit cold. The base is constructed of corrosion resistant 18 gauge stainless steel with standard black laminate. Locking swivel casters allow you to situate this unit wherever you please, move it for cleaning any time that’s necessary, and then return it to a stable serving position. There’s 5-1/4″ clearance between the floor and the bottom of the station. Environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant is used with this product. Storage is not available in this piece.
