Marsal MB-60 pizza oven is a stacked brick-lined oven with a double deck. This gas-fired brick oven features a 36 x 60 cooking surface per section.
All Marsal ovens are designed with a special innovative air chamber, located below the cooking surface, which eliminates hotspots so there is no need to spin or rotate pies. This red brick pizza oven is not only stylish, but also efficient. Your pizza always comes out crispy and delicious all the way around with less labor involved.
Marsal MB-60 pizza oven comes equipped with Marsal’s exclusive left-to-right burner system which ensures that every pizza has a part of the burner system directly underneath it. The arched refractory brick-lined oven ceiling develops more heat synchronization, enabling the oven to maintain temperature more efficiently and evenly. The results are crispier, tastier pizzas that are cooked much faster.
