Offering 15.5 cu. ft. capacity, the unit complies with NSF-7 standards. It is designed to optimize your commercial kitchen operations and is therefore great for organizing ingredients, preparing food, and refrigerating pre-cooked food for later use. This model has a stainless steel top, front, and ends with aluminized back for long-lasting performance and easy cleaning at the end of the day. Clear-coated aluminum lining inside the unit makes it look attractive and prevents corrosion. The entire structure is foamed-in-place using polyurethane insulation to increase structural strength and integrity. This unit also comes with a white removable cutting board that provides you with a strong food preparation area.
True’s Prep Table for salads, subs, and sandwiches features a 60″W food rail that accommodates (16) 6″ or 8″ pans. It has a rail that is covered with insulated lid and hood. The rail helps lock the freshness inside and keep pans at an optimum temperature. There are two (2) drawers that can accommodate two (2) food storage boxes measuring 12″x20″x6″. The table also comes with one (1) self-closing door that has the stay-open feature which allows it to be opened at 90° so that you can load and unload trays easily. Its doors have two (2) heavy-duty wire shelves with 4 clips on each that provide stability. This door has a recessed handle, foamed-in-place with sheet metal interlock for a positive seal. Magnetic gaskets of the door can be removed easily at the time of cleaning and service. The forced air design of the unit maintains temperatures between 33°F to 41°F. This unit uses a 1/3 hp compressor and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for maximum efficiency.
