The unit features a robust construction with stainless steel on the front, sides, door, and grille, complemented by a galvanized back and bottom for added durability. Inside, a corrosion-resistant aluminum liner ensures long-lasting performance. The top is also made of stainless steel, providing additional strength. It is equipped with full electronic controls and comes with a standard interior thermometer. For added flexibility and ease of cleaning, there is a 4Äù removable backsplash. The doors are designed to be self-closing, with a 120¬? stay-open feature facilitated by cartridge-style hinges. The door opening includes low-wattage, anti-condensate heaters. Each door is fitted with a magnetic gasket to ensure a positive seal. The unit is mounted on 6Äù casters, with two of them featuring brakes as standard. Additionally, two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves are provided for organized storage. The door is field-reversible, although the hinge kit is not included.
