Designed for businesses that need large quantities of ice for their foodservice operations, this remote-cooled ice cube machine will accommodate to diverse needs. It makes a valuable addition to a busy restaurant, cafeteria, grocery store, or hospital to create large amounts of ice for serving beverages. This model can produce up to 1,710 lbs of ice within 24 hours. With programmable settings, users can control the frequency and volume of daily ice production. Users can also choose between full size and half size ice cubes. Having the condenser located away from the ice machine, the unit operates at low ambient temperatures for increased efficiency and superior comfort.

The unit features an icon based EasyRead display that conveys operating statuses to the staff along with other related information through an attractive, illuminated display. The Manitowoc Indigo series ice machine features a tough, clear-coat DuraTech exterior that prevents corrosion and hides dirt and fingerprints. The hinged door at the front offers easy and quick access to the removable sensing probes, distribution tube, and water-trough for a fast and efficient cleaning. Select components that come in contact with water are made with AlphaSan® antimicrobial agent for superior sanitation. This model requires a compatible remote condensing unit (separately sold) and tubing kit (separately sold) for operation. It is available in single-phase and three-phase options.
