The True TSSU-60-16-ADA-HC is a 60 3/8″ ADA height refrigerated sandwich prep table, perfect for streamlined salad and sandwich preparation. It features a removable 11 3/4″ deep cutting board and includes (16) 1/6 size, 4″ deep clear polycarbonate food pans, with an option to use 6″ deep pans for extra storage. Four adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves keep backup ingredients at hand.
Maintaining temperatures between 33-40°F, it boasts a bottom-mounted 1/3 hp compressor using eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant. High-density insulation ensures cold air retention and blocks warm ambient air. The unit includes an insulated stainless steel lid for sanitary ingredient storage and easy cleaning. With a durable stainless steel construction, it’s built to last, and its 34″ working height is ADA compliant. It operates with a 115V electrical connection.
