The condenser is rear-accessible for servicing. Guided airflow maintains consistent temperatures in both the pan area and the refrigerated cabinet base.
Its self-closing doors seal tightly to prevent cold air leakage and remain open past 90 degrees for easy product stocking and cleaning. The unit is mobile on 5-inch castors with front locks for safety.
Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior on the front, top, and ends, and a GalFan-coated steel back, this prep table features one-piece magnetic door gaskets for easy tool-free removal. The top rail area includes 30 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep clear polycarbonate pans, protected by an insulated hood and lid assembly that preserves freshness and cold air.
