The True TSSU-48-15M-B-ADA-HC refrigerated sandwich prep table is designed for efficient kitchen operation. It features a mega top design, an 8 7/8″ deep cutting board, and comes with (15) 1/6 size, 4″ deep food pans for ingredients. The unit also includes four adjustable shelves for additional storage. It stands at an ADA-compliant working surface height for accessibility.
Constructed with a stainless steel exterior, clear-coated aluminum interior, and coved corners on the stainless steel floor, the unit is easy to clean. It has self-closing doors with a 90-degree stay-open feature and is well-insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane. The 1/3 hp compressor uses R-290 refrigerant, which is environmentally friendly. The unit is equipped with 3″ casters for mobility and requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
