The Frymaster Chicken/Fish Commercial Gas Fryer offers an oil capacity of 80 lb and is specifically designed for high-quality production of breaded, fish and chicken products. Its open pot design allows users to clean every corner of the fry pot by hand. Made of stainless steel, the fryer pot is resistant to corrosion. It has the capacity to cook 80 lb of chicken or 100 lb of fish every hour. The door and the entire cabinet are also made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Frymaster Gas Fryer has a durable centerline thermostat, quick response to loads and a 1-degree Fahrenheit anticipating action which helps in reducing temperature overshoot.
The Frymaster Chicken/Fish Commercial Gas Fryer has a centerline mounted thermostat that permits quick sensing of cold food placed in either basket. The open stainless steel fry pot has a large heat transfer area that allows users to fry more items per load. Its cold zone is designed to catch crumbs and sediment from the frying area, giving a cleaner cooking experience. All these particles get trapped in the cold zone where they do not contaminate, carbonize shortening or cling to the fried products. The Twin-size baskets in this gas fryer measure 6″ x 8-3/4″ x 16-3/4″ (15.2 x 22.2 x 42.5 cm).
This frypot also has the door, the cabinet, and its 6″ legs made from corrosion-resistant steel. It comes in natural and LP gas options while its reliable centerline fast-action temperature probe keeps track of the core temperature while cooking so that you can easily make adjustments accordingly. The master jet burner system is designed to spread the heat evenly and does not require any cleaning or adjustment in air shutters. The product has been NSF and CSA listed for safety standards. Its deep cold zone has a 1-1/4″. IPS ball-type drain valve for easy draining of oil. The system gives an output of 150,000 BTU/hr (37,783 kcal) and has millivolt controls.
Its take has dimensions of 18″ W x 19″ D X 4-1/2″ H tank size. Controlled by Frymaster’s Computer Magic Computer, the MJCFE model uses a 120/24V (220-240/24V for export) control system to accommodate additional accessories easily.
