The double deck design with independent controls allows you to cook two different items simultaneously, while the counterbalanced doors ensure smooth and easy product transfer in and out of each compartment.
For maximum heat retention and energy efficiency, the oven is equipped with vitreous fiber insulation on all sidestop, back, sides, bottom, and doors. The aluminized steel-lined baking compartments are reinforced by a sturdy angle iron frame for long-lasting durability. Each deck is heated by a free-floating duplex-tube burner and 1″ thick, 12-gauge aluminized steel decks, ensuring fast, even heat distribution throughout both compartments. The burner doors are designed for easy access, simplifying ignition, cleaning, and adjustments. Each oven compartment is fitted with a liquid pressure thermostat, offering a precise temperature range of 200°F to 500°F. For added safety, the safety pilot, temperature control, and main gas valve are conveniently located at the front of each unit. Additionally, a draft diverter is included to safely vent hazardous fumes and exhaust.
The oven’s stainless steel front, sides, and top ensure easy cleaning, durability, and enhanced resistance to corrosion. The 19″ legs elevate the unit to a comfortable working height, providing ample clearance for efficient operation.
