Its one-piece top is built to support up to 1,084 pounds of equipment and features a marine edge that prevents spills from reaching the floor, promoting safety in the kitchen.

Constructed with durability in mind, this chef base boasts a stainless steel exterior and an aluminum back, making it capable of withstanding the demands of heavy-duty commercial use. Cleaning is a breeze as the unit can be easily wheeled out of the way for countertop maintenance.

The refrigerated base comprises four drawers, each capable of holding two full-size food pans (food pans sold separately). The interior is equipped with a clear-coated aluminum liner for corrosion resistance, and the stainless steel floor features rounded corners to facilitate easy cleaning.

Maintaining a consistent temperature range between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, this chef base relies on R134A refrigerant flowing through capillary tubes. The external display allows for easy monitoring of the temperature. To ensure even cooling, large-blade fans circulate air around the drawers, and the condenser, conveniently located behind the side grill, can be easily slid out for maintenance.
