If you have a salad bar or cold buffet, cold wells are an absolute necessity. Coldwall Drop-in Refrigerated Cold Display Units are built to help your eatery run smoothly and profitably. They’re made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and insulated with non-CFC polyurethane foam. They also use R-404A refrigerant. This model is spacious enough for six full size pans, or a combination of standard size pans. The ledge is recessed to provide support for the ends of the pans, and the 7 divider bars provided support your pans on the sides. The interior features a drain with a gate valve on one end and coved corners. A temperature range below 41F is thermostatically controlled. The compressor is a remote unit, so it releases any warm air it produces away from your cold well. The condenser is swivel-mounted so that it can be placed on any of the four sides. A sliding shroud and dual air movement louver steer the air flow. EcoSmart technology is what enables this cold well to use less electricity and reduce your energy expenses. Specifications
