This Hot Carving Shelf station is pleasing to the eye and brings a touch of class to any decor. It can hold a 35 lb roast. It has a soft, gentle Halo Heat which radiates from the recessed carving shelf surface, which conveniently catches drips. A fixed 250w lamp assembly provides greater ambient surface temperature control. Meats are kept at their safe temperatures without further cooking or drying out. The cutting board with a gravy lane is approved by the USDA. The shelf has 1″ legs and is made of 18 gauge stainless steel. It comes with an NSF approved acrylic customer breath guard. There’s a power switch, with options of low, medium or high heat, and there’s an indicator light to let you know the unit’s turned on. A separate switch operates the heat lamp. Being designed with EcoSmart technology makes it a light consumer of electricity.
