This refrigerated prep table holds temperatures from 35°F to 38°F with help from electronic temperature controls. The sandwich prep table features three self-closing doors with recessed handles and a stay-open feature that makes loading easier. This salad prep table also comes with one pre-installed shelf per section, as well as (30) 1/6-size poly pans for storing fresh veggies, cheese, and other toppings. An included 9-1/4″ cutting board provides extra prep space, while pre-installed casters allow for simple mobility.
