The Axis AX-S12 Ultra Electric Food Slicer does all the hard work for you! Designed to slice up meat, vegetables, and much more, this light-duty meat slicer has a full gravity feed angled at 30° to help food products slide easily on the gauge plate while minimizing user efforts. A handle on the side assists in easy and smooth slicing. The 12″ diam. hard chrome-plated knife with alloy blade enables cutting to an adjustable thickness from tissue thin to 9/16″ slices. The blade runs at a speed of 300 rmp for a powerful performance. Includes a cover with microswitch protection to prevent slicer from working at the time of cleaning. The built-in top-mounted double stone sharpener keeps the blade sharp and effective to use. It can be removed for easy cleaning. This electric food slicer has an on/off switch for easy operations. The countertop slicer stands on rubber feet to prevent slipping and sliding.
The Axis Ultra Electric Slicer has an environmentally-safe, durable and aesthetically pleasing anodized aluminum construction to prevent bacterial growth and make the unit last longer. The slicer is powered by a thermally-protected 1/3 HP fan-cooled, V-belt driven motor and has permanently lubricated ball-bearings for noise-free operation. It comes with ETL approved 6 ft cord and plug set for easy installation. The slicer requires a 120V, 60 Hz, 2.9 amps, single-phase electrical connection.
