The Bakers Pride® Y-802BL is the double-deck model in the Y-800BL brick-lined series, delivering unmatched capacity and performance for high-volume pizzerias, bakeries, and foodservice operations.

Each chamber features a 7.5″ (191 mm) deck height, a 66″ × 44″ Lightstone fibrament deck with a Cordierite brick-lined ceiling, and a powerful 240,000 BTUH total output (120,000 per deck). This configuration ensures consistent, authentic results with superior heat retention and quick recoveryideal for traditional pizza and bakery production.

Constructed with a .25″ fully welded angle-iron frame, stainless-steel exterior, aluminized steel interior, and full insulation, the Y-802BL is built for long-term durability. Independent top and bottom dampers allow precise temperature balance in each chamber, while spring-balanced insulated doors and slide-out flame diverters provide ease of operation.
