Equipped with Eight burners at 28,000 BTU each, this hot plate provides a total output of 224,000 BTU/H, offering the strength and flexibility required for sautéing, simmering, pan-frying, or boiling. Each burner is fitted with Ever-Ready standby pilots for reliable ignition and is controlled by independent manual valves for precise heat adjustment.
The 12 x 12 lift-off cast iron grates provide durability and excellent heat retention, while the cool-touch stainless steel landing ledge ensures safe operation in busy kitchens. A full-length seamless drip pan collects grease and debris, making cleanup quick and efficient.
Factory set for Natural Gas (NG), the BLHP48 comes standard with an LP conversion kit, allowing flexible installation to suit your kitchens needs.
