These cold food pans are NSF approved and made to Gastronorm specifications. The heavy-duty polycarbonate build is highly resistant to chemicals, food acids and oils. These cold food pans will withstand temperatures of -40°F to 210°F and can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher. Clear lids can be ordered in three different styles to limit air flow and maintain freshness. These cold food pans feature a black color to help hide every day wear and tear.
