Description
The Duke 303 Aerohot gas hot food table is designed for buffet services and catered events to keep food hot and ready to serve. Designed for high-volume operations, this food table has three (3) 12″ x 20″ fixed hot food wells to display different food times. Each food well comes with an adjustable pilot light and adjustable gas valve control for independent heating. The wells are controlled by their individual infinite switch and is adjustable up to 180°F for effective cooking. Each burner operates on 2500 BTU per hour using LP or natural gas (both options available). The galvanized radiation plate under each well assures heat retention for a longer duration. The undershelf is used for storing trays, pans, plates, and other serving equipment. A 7″W poly cutting board is placed on side that provides the users with prepping space.
Duke Aerohot Food Table has 20-gauge 430 series stainless steel body, top, and undershelf for durability and strength to withstand daily use. All the sides and base of this table are insulated with fiberglass for thermal protection and safety purposes. This unit includes tubular legs for stability that can be easily adjusted for leveling the table depending on convenience.
