The Everest Refrigeration ECB82-86D4 is a two-section refrigerated base chef base refrigerator measuring 86-1/4″ in width. It features self-contained side-mounted refrigeration, (4) heavy-duty stainless steel drawers with a 1,084 lbs. weight capacity, and a 16-gauge stainless steel worktop. The unit is equipped with digital controls and an LED display, along with an auto defrost function. It incorporates dual air chambers and vents, offering high heat insulation. The refrigerator has stainless steel grips, worktop security corner guards, and stainless steel interior and exterior, with a galvanized steel bottom and rear. (3) leg stabilizers and (6) 5″ swivel casters (3 locking) ensure stability. It uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, powered by a 1/3 HP motor operating at 115v/60/1-ph with 2.0 amps. The unit comes with a cord and NEMA 5-15P plug, and it’s NSF, cETLus, and ETL-sanitation certified.
