For one thing, there are 12 gauge stainless steel caster brackets under the unit which support the extra weight carried by the drawers and work top. This beast of burden can carry 1005 lbs. Another area of intensity is found in the fact that there’s an air chamber, a vent and a high heat insulation tech-mat layer to enable to work top to withstand 500F. The third difference is found in the stainless steel corner guards which prevent equipment from slipping off the surface of the work top. Made of stainless steel, this refrigerator is insulated with 2.5 inch of polyurethane foam. The self-contained refrigeration for the unit is located in a removable side panel. The condenser will slide out readily for cleaning and maintenance. R-134A refrigerant is used because of its gentleness on the environment. An air defrost feature is electrically timed, and keeps your refrigerator operating properly. The four drawers have rounded corners and recessed handles. They also have 2 inch of insulation themselves. Their frames and pan dividers are made of stainless steel. Low friction slide bearings enable them to open and close easily. The temperature range is 33 to 41F, and it’s controlled by push buttons. A microchip monitors it for accuracy. You may verify internal temperatures with the digital display.
