Here’s a one-section Sandwich Prep Table providing 6.5 cubic feet of storage space behind its one door. It’s built wholly of stainless steel, and has 2.5 inch of polyurethane foam insulation. The refrigeration is self-contained and back-mounted. The condenser slides out for cleaning and maintenance. Because this is a front-breathing product, it can be built into a counter. The use of environmentally-sound R-134A refrigerant helps to maintain the proper temperature. An air defrost function is operated by an electrical timer, so you can work around your personal schedule. Rounded corners and a recessed handle give the door a sleek appearance. A door frame heater prevents the build-up of condensation. The snap-in magnetic gasket is easy to clean or replace. One epoxy coated wire shelf is provided with the unit. The prep area also has 1/2 inch of insulation. Its sanitary cutting board, which is removable and adjustable, is 12 inch wide and 1/4″Deep. Eight sanitary PVC 1/6 pans are accommodated by the prep area. The temperature range of 33 to 41F is set and controlled by an analog thermostat.
