The Frigos FGV-SWPT-48 is a 48-inch, two-door refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table with 13.8 cubic feet of base storage and a top rail that holds 12 sixth-size (1/6) pans. This is the mid-range prep station that gives you enough ingredient variety for a full sandwich or salad menu without eating up your kitchen floor plan.
The top prep area features a cutting board surface with recessed pan wells holding toppings at 33°F to 40°F during service. Below, two solid-door compartments with adjustable shelves store backup ingredients, prepped proteins, and containers. Stainless steel construction with Cyclopentane insulation keeps everything cold and durable.
A 1/5 HP back-mounted compressor on R290 refrigerant draws 3.95 KW per 24 hours. Standard prep table height at 45-3/8 inches tall, rolls on casters. The 48-inch width is the sweet spot for single-operator prep stations.
