The Frymaster 2FQG80T FilterQuick® 80 gas fryer is engineered for high-volume commercial kitchens that require large-capacity frying performance, efficient oil management, and dependable production output. Featuring two tube-style frypots with 80-lbs. oil capacity per frypot and a spacious 18″ × 18″ cooking area, the fryer is specifically designed to handle demanding applications such as bone-in chicken and fresh-breaded menu items. Frymasters Thermo-Tube heat-transfer design increases heat transfer surface area for more efficient thermal performance, reduced heat stress on oil, and longer oil life, while the 125,000 BTU/hr input per frypot delivers the recovery performance required for continuous commercial production.
The standard FQ4000 easyTouch® touchscreen controller simplifies cooking and filtration operations with programmable recipes, intuitive controls, oil monitoring capability, and cloud connectivity support. Built-in automatic filtration with rear oil flush encourages frequent filtering to maintain food quality and extend oil life, while the optional Oil Quality Sensor (OQS) provides real-time oil health monitoring.
