The Frymaster RE180 17KW High-Production Electric Fryer is engineered for commercial kitchens requiring high-volume frying capacity, fast recovery performance, and effective sediment management. Designed with an expansive 18″ × 18″ frying area and an 80 lb. oil capacity, the RE180 is particularly suited for high-production menu applications such as bone-in chicken, fresh-breaded products, and large-batch frying operations. The fryer features proprietary self-standing, swing-up, low-watt density heating elements that provide efficient heat transfer while simplifying cleaning and maintenance access. A durable RTD 1° compensating temperature probe and digital controller system deliver rapid heat response and accurate temperature management to improve product consistency and extend oil life. The deep cold zone, sloped frypot bottom, and large sediment collection area help maintain oil quality and support easier cleaning routines.
