Description
This Gold Medal hollow churro extruder is great for quickly creating churros at your concession stand. The crank operated press extrudes the dough into a hollow, star-shaped churro. The hollow center of the churro is retained during the frying process, allowing the confection to be filled with variety of different fillings.
Produces hollow, star-shaped churros that are approximately 1 inch in diameter with a 3/8″ diameter center hole
Includes (2) cylindrical dough canisters with (4) end caps for dough storage
Easy to disassemble for cleaning
Made of anodized aluminum
