The Hatco CSSBFX Series Remote Cold Built-In Flush Top Simulated Stone Shelves are engineered to provide chilled food holding performance while maintaining a sleek, flush countertop appearance in commercial serving environments. Designed for buffet counters, cafeterias, restaurants, and custom foodservice installations, these built-in refrigerated shelves offer design flexibility for fabricators requiring integration with remote refrigeration systems supplied by others.

Constructed with durable foodsafe simulated stone surfaces, the CSSBFX series combines professional presentation with dependable operational performance. These models are supplied without a condenser, allowing operators and fabricators to integrate the shelves into custom refrigeration systems utilizing alternative refrigerants. The bottom mount flush-top configuration supports a clean, fully integrated countertop installation ideal for modern serving lines and display counters.

Each unit includes an Electronic Temperature Control Box, shelf assembly with temperature probe, unattached TXV valve, and a liquid line solenoid valve attached to the shelf. A patented thermal break system helps reduce condensation and temperature transfer to surrounding countertop surfaces, improving operational efficiency in high-volume commercial applications. Available in multiple simulated stone finishes, the CSSBFX series delivers both functional refrigeration performance and coordinated visual presentation.
