Deliver precise cuts up to 1″ thick with a durable 13″ CleanCut knife that lasts two to three times longer than carbon-coated or stainless steel blades. The blade is powered by a 1/2HP belt-driven motor. A top-mounted borazon stone sharpener sharpens and hones the blade in just 15 seconds.
The Hobart HS6N-1 Heavy-Duty 13″ Manual Slicer also features a tilting, removable carriage system that allows for easy cleaning and sanitation. This manual slicer also has a spring kickstand that props the machine up for easy cleaning underneath the unit.
