The Jackson Tempstar High-Temperature Door-Type Dishwasher features a high-temperature electric tank heat with a built-in booster heater with a 70° rise. These high temps allow the unit to clean up to 58 racks of dishes per hour on a normal cycleall while using only 0.89 gallons of water per rack! Plus, the machine is field convertible, allowing users to change its phase from 3 to 1 and its position from straight-through to corner.
