The Lincoln 1600-2G Impinger® Low Profile double-stack oven package is the ultimate solution for high-volume kitchens, offering two complete ovens equipped with glass access windows, customized radiant finger setups, two take-off shelves, and a high stand with casters for effortless mobility. Each oven features a spacious 73-inch-wide by 32-inch-deep conveyor belt, coupled with a 40-inch baking chamber, providing ample space for a variety of culinary creations. The versatility of these ovens is further enhanced by the ability to reverse the direction of the belts using the corresponding AC motors, accommodating various kitchen configurations with ease. Despite housing two ovens, this unit maintains a compact footprint, measuring 80 inches wide by 6012 inches deep by 6338 inches high, allowing it to fit seamlessly into compact kitchen spaces. Additionally, it can be stacked with another Low Profile series oven to increase capacity as needed.
Powered by LP gas, the Lincoln 1600-2G double-stack conveyorized oven utilizes advanced air impingement technology to ensure rapid and even heating, ideal for pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, and more. Each oven offers temperature settings ranging from 260 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit and adjustable cook times from 1 to 30 minutes, providing precise control over the cooking process. To maintain consistency and prevent unexpected adjustments, the controls can be securely locked once configured. The fluorescent displays on each section provide clear readouts of temperature, belt speed, and diagnostic messages, allowing staff to monitor the ovens’ performance at a glance. For ease of maintenance, the finger assemblies can be easily removed from the front doors, while the conveyor belts can be extracted from the side, encouraging regular cleaning and ensuring optimal operation over time.
