The CW51B is a single roast oven. It features our exclusive Power-Pak burner system which combines the economy of gas with excellent cooking capabilities. If space is a problem, youll appreciate our compact design, which saves almost 12 of valuable kitchen space compared to competitive brands. Each one of our CW ovens can be stacked to increase your production and capacity.
By stacking, the CW51B can convert into a CW52B or CW53BSC.
