An oven-safe probe tracks temperatures while food is cooking and sends readings to the mobile display. Set custom temperature alerts and store preset target cooking temperature alerts for meat like beef, lamb, veal, poultry, and more. A back-lit mobile display alerts when your dish is done to your preset temperatures, allowing for consistent cooking in a commercial environment. The device uses radio waves rather than bluetooth to communicate, allowing for unobstructed communication regardless of walls or appliances in between.
