New direct-pour Express model draws from a food-safe, 1.3-gallon jar (included), with a dishwasher-safe, 5-piece Express system style pump (100239). The base includes a flange for dropping into a countertop for a low-profile effect. A full portion yields 1-oz, which can be reduced in 1/4-oz increments. Unit pairs with matching Server Express Dispensers for condiments and sauces in 1.5-gallon pouches.
