This Southbend HDO-36SU gas hot plate is a six burner step-up model. It is a 36″W model with stainless steel front and sides. Each burner is a 33,000 BTU natural (24,000 BTU LP) cast iron non-clogging burner. This unit has hi/low burner controls. 12″ flush top grates are removable for easy cleaning. A removable one piece, full width crumb tray is provided under the burners. This countertop range comes with 4″ adjustable stainless steel legs. Please specify natural or LP gas. It is NSF listed.
