The Southbend 4603DC-2CR is a 60″ gas range designed for high-demand commercial kitchens. It includes (6) star/sauté burners with standard grates and a 24″ charbroiler located on the right side for versatile grilling. The unit features a standing pilot and (1) standard oven with battery spark ignition for efficient cooking. A cabinet base with (1) rack offers storage space. The range is constructed with durable stainless steel on the front, sides, and shelf, and comes with a 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf. With 307,000 BTUs of power, it also features 6″ adjustable legs and is CSA and NSF certified for safety and reliability.
