Description
The Southbend S-Series 60 inch gas restaurant range gives your restaurant everything that it needs to prepare almost any meal. Its four 28,000 BTU open burners can hold stockpots up to fifteen inches high and keep them at a consistent temperature between 175° and 550° Fahrenheit. On its left side is a 64,000 BTU griddle 36 inches across. This griddle and its burners work in unison to cook a majority of your food. And underneath are dual standard ovens that operate at 35,000 BTU each.
These parts are made of durable materials. The range itself is constructed of a stainless steel frame on its front sides and shelf. This gives your kitchen a clean, corrosion resistant surface to cook food. Its burners are made using one-piece cast iron so you can count on them lasting a lifetime.
