The True STA1HRI-1S Spec Series® roll-in heated holding cabinet is designed for high-volume foodservice operations that require fast loading of roll-in racks while maintaining safe serving temperatures. It provides consistent holding temperatures from 140°F to 180°F, making it ideal for baked and prepared foods. The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior with aluminum interior side walls and stainless steel floor and ceiling, along with a heavy-gauge stainless steel ramp for smooth cart entry. Equipped with dual finned-tube heating elements, low-velocity circulation fans, humidity control venting, and NSF-4 compliance, this model delivers even heat distribution and reliable hot food holding in demanding kitchen environments.
