Description

The True STR1RPT-2HS-1S-HC Spec Series® pass-thru refrigerator is designed for seamless kitchen-to-front-of-house food transfer. It features half doors in the front and a full door at the back. These stainless steel doors with magnetic gaskets retain cold air and have cam-lift hinges for self-closing and staying open past 120 degrees.

Inside, wire shelves ensure proper airflow, LED lighting provides visibility, and bolt-style locks secure items. Polyurethane insulation keeps heat out, and the refrigeration system maintains temperatures using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant in capillary tubes. Condensing and evaporator fans reduce energy use and heat production.

For maintenance, the condensing coil is cleaned by a reversing condensing fan motor, improving efficiency. Temperature control ranges from 33 to 38°F, displayed in Fahrenheit or Celsius. The stainless steel construction is easy to clean, and removable one-piece door gaskets aid in cleaning. Castors facilitate unit movement for floor maintenance.
