Description
The True T-24-GC-HC glass chiller is designed to accommodate (85) 10-ounce steins or (90) 8-inch-diameter mugs on its three adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves. The interior of the cabinet is constructed with galvanized steel for easy cleaning, while the exterior is finished with a durable and permanent black laminated vinyl. The polyurethane insulation not only provides effective insulation but also contributes to the structural strength of the chiller.
Operating with eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the glass chiller maintains a temperature of 0 degrees Fahrenheit and lower. The automatic defrost system helps prevent ice buildup and minimizes maintenance requirements. The refrigeration system is designed for easy accessibility, simplifying servicing tasks. The forced-air cooling system ensures even cooling throughout the cabinet, quickly frosting glasses and plates with the help of evaporator fan motors and large blades that generate a high volume of airflow.
The condenser fan motor in the True T-24-GC-HC glass chiller is equipped with a reverse fan mode, activated for 20 seconds each time the motor starts. This self-cleaning feature blows off excess dust, debris, and dirt from the condenser coil, promoting reliable and efficient operation. A clean coil contributes to consistent cabinet temperatures and extends the lifespan of the refrigeration system. While the reversing fan motor provides valuable benefits, routine cleaning procedures for preventative maintenance are still recommended.
