The True T-50-GC-HC glass chiller offers a substantial capacity, capable of holding (240) 10-ounce steins or (250) 8-inch mugs on its five PVC-coated wire shelves. Maintaining an efficient temperature of 0 degrees Fahrenheit is achieved through the use of R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The heavy-duty evaporator fan motor and large fan blades generate high-volume airflow, ensuring rapid and even frosting of glasses and plates. The forced-air cooling system further guarantees uniform chilling of all products, and the refrigeration system is easily accessible for maintenance as it conveniently slides out from behind the front grill.
Featuring a durable and permanent black powder-coated exterior, the True T-50-GC-HC glass chiller is well-suited for high-volume usage. Its stainless steel construction simplifies the cleaning process, while the interior is crafted from galvanized steel for enhanced corrosion resistance. The cabinet structure is formed with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, effectively retaining cold air. For added corrosion resistance, the evaporator is epoxy coated. Ideal for bars, this chiller ensures customers enjoy cold drinks without dilution from ice.
The fan motor of the True T-50-GC-HC glass chiller incorporates a self-cleaning feature that runs in reverse, efficiently removing excess debris and dust from the condenser coil. This 20-second self-cleaning cycle occurs each time the motor starts, contributing to consistent product temperatures, energy efficiency, and prolonged system lifespan. While this cleaning feature provides substantial benefits, it does not eliminate the necessity for routine preventative maintenance.
