The True TD-24-7-S-HC forced-air bottle cooler is constructed with a resilient stainless steel exterior and a robust galvanized steel interior, ensuring durability and longevity. Polyurethane insulation is foamed in place to effectively retain cold air within the unit. With two bin dividers, this cooler accommodates up to 4.5 cases of 12-ounce bottles or 6 cases of 12-ounce cans, promoting organized storage. Standard barrel locks are incorporated to prevent theft, while LED interior lighting enhances product visibility. The inclusion of a cap catcher and bottle cap opener adds to the unit’s convenience.
To achieve efficient cooling, the self-contained capillary tube system of the True TD-24-7-S-HC utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, with a factory-balanced high-capacity refrigeration system maintaining temperatures between 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors ensure a consistent volume of air movement, reducing both energy consumption and heat production. Maintenance is made convenient with the slide-out condensing unit accessible from behind.
For optimal performance and extended unit life, the fan motor briefly reverses direction for 20 seconds upon compressor startup, effectively clearing dust and debris from the condensing coil. This automatic cleaning feature contributes to maintaining accurate product temperatures and prolonging the unit’s overall lifespan. While this technology is effective, routine preventative maintenance by employees is recommended for the best results.
