Description
The True TDD-4-S-HC draft beer system can chill four half-barrel kegs within a temperature range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. It uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a capillary tube system for cooling. A threshold protector prevents scratches during keg loading, and the stainless steel floor has a spill-catching lip for easy cleanup. The interior is illuminated with LED lights, and the doors are lockable for security.
With two insulated towers, this system can serve two types of beer simultaneously, keeping them cool with direct cold air supply. The unit’s top, front, and sides are made of easy-to-clean stainless steel, and it offers additional countertop space for drink preparation. The heavy-duty frame rail prevents warping, while foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation maintains structural integrity. Magnetic door gaskets are tool-free for easy cleaning and replacement. Maintenance is streamlined with a slide-out condensing unit accessible from behind the front grill, and a T-drain is located on the front.
The system’s fan motor reverses direction for 20 seconds upon compressor startup to remove dust and debris from the condensing coil, reducing overall energy consumption. However, routine preventative maintenance is still necessary for optimal performance.
