The backing of this station is coated in a GalFan finish, enhancing corrosion resistance, while the flooring and interior liner are constructed from stainless steel to ensure lasting durability. To facilitate smooth services, the unit includes a removable 8 7/8-inch-deep cutting board, providing a food-safe surface for assembling orders.
The True TSSU-60-15M-B-HC~SPEC3 food prep station employs a 1/3-horsepower motor to power its self-contained refrigeration system, maintaining temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, an eco-friendly and energy-efficient alternative to standard options. Temperature levels can be easily altered and monitored through the digital temperature control and display. An insulated cover made of stainless steel works to trap cool air within the unit. To offer additional storage space, the table features two stainless steel doors on the underside, providing access to four adjustable shelves coated in gray PVC for convenience and easy cleaning.
